Texas High School Volleyball - South Houston Porter

The Porter Spartans were victorious over the host South Houston Trojans volleyball team by a margin of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league outing.

The Spartans now possess a 14-6 record. They play next when they travel to Eisenhower for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 30. Porter will play a Eagles team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Cypress Park (Cypress, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 11-8.

With the loss, South Houston drops to 2-18 on the campaign. The Trojans host Cypress Park (Cypress, TX) to play the Tigers in a non-league outing on Thursday, August 28. The Tigers come into the outing with a record of 4-11. Cypress Park lost 3-1 in their recent non-league outing against Cypress Ridge (Houston, TX)
