Southern Choctaw Indians (Gilbertown, AL) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Sumter Central Jaguars (York, AL), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Indians (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Clarke County (Grove Hill, AL). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Clarke County lost by Washington County (Chatom, AL), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Jaguars play the Hale County Wildcats (Moundville, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 4. Sumter Central will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record. The Wildcats go into the game with a 1-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Greensboro (Greensboro, AL).
