The Southern Choctaw Indians topped the host Sumter Central Jaguars volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Thursday's non-league match.

Next up, the Indians confront the Leroy Bears (Leroy, AL) in a 1A Area 3 match, on Monday, September 15. Southern Choctaw will attempt to move on its 4-2 season record. The Bears enter the match with a 5-3 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Sweet Water (Sweet Water, AL).

The Jaguars (0-4) will now prepare for their match against Marengo (Dixons Mills, AL). The Panthers enter the non-league match with a 3-3 record. In their last bout, Marengo defeated Linden (Linden, AL), 3-0, in a non-league bout.
