Nebraska High School Softball - St. Paul bounces Wilber-Clatonia

The St. Paul Wildcats routed the host Wilber-Clatonia Wolverines softball squad by a count of 14-2 in Monday's non-league battle.

The Wildcats (5-2) will now prepare for their battle against Polk County (Stromsburg, NE). The Slammers go into the non-league battle with a 8-2 record. In their last battle, Polk County topped Pierce (Pierce, NE), 10-6, in a non-league battle.

The Wolverines now sport a 3-8 record. They play next when they travel to Milford for a C District 5 battle on Tuesday, August 30. Wilber-Clatonia will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 14-0 non-league win over Syracuse (Syracuse, NE). The Eagles record now stands at 4-1.
