In Tuesday's league battle, the host Ayden - Grifton Chargers volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the West Craven Eagles.

The Chargers (4-0) will now prepare for their test against Farmville Central (Farmville, NC). The Jaguars enter the Eastern Plains 2A test with a 5-1 record. In their last test, Farmville Central gained a win over SouthWest Edgecombe (Pinetops, NC), 3-0, in a league test.

The Eagles (4-2) will now prepare for their test against Washington (Washington, NC). The Pam Pack enter the Eastern Plains 2A test with a 1-3 record. In their last test, Washington gained a win over Northside - Pinetown (Pinetown, NC), 3-2, in a non-league test.
