The Ayden - Grifton Chargers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host West Craven Eagles to 0 in the Chargers league victory on Thursday.

The Chargers now possess a 12-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Farmville Central for a Eastern Plains 2A game on Tuesday, September 26. Ayden - Grifton will meet a Jaguars team coming off a 3-0 league win over SouthWest Edgecombe (Pinetops, NC). The Jaguars record now stands at 12-2.

The Eagles (5-7) will now prepare for their game against Washington (Washington, NC). The Pam Pack enter the Eastern Plains 2A game with a 3-8 record.
