The Cardinals (11-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Calloway County (Murray, KY). The Lakers enter the non-league challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, Calloway County defeated Murray (Murray, KY), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Bombers encounter the St. Mary Vikings (Paducah, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, August 31. Ballard Memorial will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record. The Vikings enter the challenge with a 1-6 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Hickman County (Clinton, KY).
