Illinois High School Volleyball - Hononegah over Belvidere

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Hononegah Indians (Rockton, IL) and the visiting Belvidere Bucs (Belvidere, IL), saw Hononegah's volleyball squad beat Belvidere by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Hononegah upgrades its record to 4-4 on the year. The Indians host Lutheran (Rockford, IL) to play the Crusaders in a non-league bout on Wednesday, August 30. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Lutheran lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Sterling (Sterling, IL)

The Bucs now own a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to DeKalb for a non-league bout on Wednesday, August 30. Belvidere will play a Barbs squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Central (Burlington, IL). The Barbs record now stands at 1-1.
