Georgia High School Softball - Oglethorpe County sneaks past Providence Christian Academy

In Thursday's league match, the host Oglethorpe County Patriots softball team scored a tight 8-7 win over the Providence Christian Academy Storm.

The Patriots (9-3) will now prepare for their match against Washington-Wilkes (Washington, GA). The Tigers come into the non-league match with a 1-8 record. In their last match, Washington-Wilkes was nipped by North Oconee (Bogart, GA), 14-4, in a non-league match.
