The Williamsburg Yellow Jackets topped the host Jackson County Generals volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league game.
Next up, the Yellow Jackets confront the Whitley County Colonels (Williamsburg, KY) in a District 50 game, on Thursday, September 5. Williamsburg will attempt to advance on its 7-1 season record.
The Generals (1-4) will now prepare for their game against Lee County (Beattyville, KY). The Bobcats go into the non-league game with a 3-1 record. In their last game, Lee County gained a win over Berea (Berea, KY), 3-0, in a non-league game.
