The Langham Creek Lobos topped the visiting Katy Taylor Mustangs volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Friday's non-league game.

Next up, the Lobos confront the Pasadena Eagles (Pasadena, TX) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, September 2. Langham Creek will attempt to advance on its 8-12 season record. The Eagles come into the outing with a 11-5 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Ball (Galveston, TX).

With the loss, Katy Taylor drops to 11-9 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Cinco Ranch (Katy, TX) to play the Cougars in a 6A Region III District 19 outing on Tuesday, September 2. The Cougars come into the outing with a record of 4-10. Cinco Ranch lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Ridge Point (Missouri City, TX)
