The Columbia Eagles volleyball team (Decatur, GA), was dropped 2-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the visiting Elite Scholars Academy Royal Knights (Jonesboro, GA)

The Royal Knights (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Mount Vernon (Atlanta, GA). The Mustangs enter the non-league challenge with a 7-11 record. In their last challenge, Mount Vernon defeated Galloway (Atlanta, GA), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Eagles meet the South Atlanta Hornets (Atlanta, GA) in a 2A Area 5 challenge, on Tuesday, September 6. Columbia will attempt to move on its 3-6 season record. The Hornets enter the challenge with a 4-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Creekside (Fairburn, GA).
