In Wednesday's league battle, the host Traverse City Central Trojans volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Petoskey Northmen.
The Trojans (4-5) will now prepare for their battle against Cadillac (Cadillac, MI). The Vikings come into the Big North battle with a 8-0 record. In their last battle, Cadillac achieved victory over Alpena (Alpena, MI), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Northmen encounter the Gaylord Blue Devils (Gaylord, MI) in a Big North battle, on Wednesday, September 6. Petoskey will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record.
