The Clay Center Tigers edged the visiting Riley County Falcons volleyball squad by a margin of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league outing.

The Tigers now possess a 5-1 record. They play next when they host Holton for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 30.

With the loss, Riley County drops to 2-1 on the campaign. The Falcons host Silver Lake (Silver Lake, KS) to play the Eagles in a Big East game on Tuesday, September 2.
