Texas High School Volleyball - Cypress Ranch can't hold off The Woodlands

The The Woodlands Highlanders tipped the visiting Cypress Ranch Mustangs volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Highlanders confront the Caney Creek Panthers (Conroe, TX) in a 6A Region II District 13 game, on Tuesday, September 2. The Woodlands will attempt to advance on its 8-10 season record. The Panthers enter the game with a 9-15 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Shepherd (Shepherd, TX).

The Mustangs (16-5) will now prepare for their game against Atascocita (Humble, TX). The Eagles enter the non-league outing with a 7-4 record. In their last outing, Atascocita nipped Klein Collins (Spring, TX), 3-1, in a non-league outing.
