The Bradford Prep Bears (Charlotte, NC) volleyball tipped the host Pine Lake Prep Pride (Mooresville, NC), 2-1 in Thursday's non-league outing.

With the win, Bradford Prep upgrades its record to 2-2 on the year. The Bears travel to Christ the King (Huntersville, NC) to face the Crusaders in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 5. The Crusaders go into the outing with a record of 4-2. Christ the King won 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Mountain Island Charter (Mt. Holly, NC)
