The Cedar Shoals Jaguars volleyball team (Athens, GA), went down 2-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the visiting Franklin County Lions (Carnesville, GA)

The Lions (8-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Stephens County (Toccoa, GA). The Indians enter the non-league challenge with a 7-6 record. In their last challenge, Stephens County defeated Rabun County (Tiger, GA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Jaguars encounter the Monsignor Donovan Catholic Rams (Athens, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 7. Cedar Shoals will attempt to move on its 0-17 season record.
