In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Newman Catholic Knights volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the West Hancock Eagles.
The Knights (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against North Butler (Greene, IA). The Bearcats come into the non-league challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, North Butler beat South Hamilton (Jewell, IA), 2-1, in a league challenge.
Next, the Eagles meet the Eagle Grove Eagles (Eagle Grove, IA) in a challenge, on Tuesday, September 3. West Hancock will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record.
