The Collins Hill Eagles softball team scored 13 runs and limited the host Mountain View Bears to 4 in the Eagles league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Collins Hill improves its record to 6-5 on the year. The Eagles host Buford (Buford, GA) to clash with the Wolves in a 7A Region 8 game on Tuesday, September 6. The Wolves come into the game with a record of 10-0. Buford won 15-0 in their recent league game against Central Gwinnett (Lawrenceville, GA)

In their next game, the Bears clash with the Walnut Grove Warriors (Walnut Grove, GA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, September 6. Mountain View will attempt to improve on its 6-6 season record. The Warriors enter the outing with a 9-4 record after their 9-8 league win over East Hall (Gainesville, GA).
