Collins Hill Eagles (Suwanee, GA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Mountain View Bears (Lawrenceville, GA), 10-8 in a league challenge.

The Eagles now own a 8-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Buford for a 7A Region 8 challenge on Thursday, September 22. Collins Hill will battle a Wolves squad coming off a 15-0 league win over Central Gwinnett (Lawrenceville, GA). The Wolves record now stands at 17-0.

With the loss, Mountain View falls to 10-8 on the campaign. The Bears host Mill Creek (Hoschton, GA) to battle the Hawks in a 7A Region 8 challenge on Thursday, September 22. The Hawks enter the challenge with a record of 13-6. Mill Creek won 23-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Dawson County (Dawsonville, GA)
