North Iredell Raiders (Olin, NC) backers left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host West Rowan Falcons (Mt. Ulla, NC), 3-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Raiders battle the East Lincoln Mustangs (Denver, NC) in a Western Foothills 3A match, on Tuesday, September 6. North Iredell will attempt to better on its 10-0 season record. The Mustangs come into the match with a 4-2 record after their 3-1 league win over St. Stephens (Hickory, NC).

With the loss, West Rowan drops to 6-4 on the campaign. The Falcons host Concord (Concord, NC) to battle the Spiders in a South Piedmont 3A match on Wednesday, September 7. The Spiders come into the match with a record of 0-5.
