Georgia High School Softball - Washington County succumbs to Academy for Classical Education

In Tuesday's league test, the Academy for Classical Education Gryphons (Macon, GA) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Washington County Golden Hawks (Sandersville, GA), by a tally of 9-0.
Next, the Gryphons clash with the Central Chargers (Macon, GA) in a 1A D-I Region 2 test, on Thursday, September 12. Academy for Classical Education will attempt to advance on its 11-4 season record. The Chargers go into the test with a 6-7 record after their 11-3 non-league loss to Windsor Academy (Macon, GA).
The Golden Hawks (11-4) will now prepare for their test against Jefferson County (Louisville, GA). The Warriors go into the 1A D-I Region 2 test with a 1-8 record.
