The Hershey Panthers softball squad (Hershey, NE), was routed 12-0 in Tuesday's non-league contest with the host Highway 6 Trailblazers (Holdrege, NE)

With the triumph, Highway 6 improves its record to 8-6 on the year. The Trailblazers host Grand Island Central Catholic (Grand Island, NE) to meet the Crusaders in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 10. The Crusaders go into the test with a record of 7-6. Grand Island Central Catholic won 6-3 in their recent non-league test against Aquinas (David City, NE)

The Panthers (0-8) will now prepare for their test against Chase County (Imperial, NE). The Longhorns go into the C District test with a 0-8 record. In their last test, Chase County was routed by Wray/Yuma (Wray, CO), 14-1, in a non-league test.
