The West Marion Trojans topped the host Columbia Wildcats volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league game.

Next up, the Trojans confront the Tylertown Chiefs (Tylertown, MS) in a Class 3A Region 8 game, on Thursday, September 12. West Marion will attempt to advance on its 15-4 season record. The Chiefs go into the game with a 1-16 record after their 3-0 league loss to St. Patrick (Biloxi, MS).

The Wildcats (3-10) will now prepare for their game against Forrest County Agricultural (Brooklyn, MS). The Aggies go into the Class 4A Region 7 game with a 4-13 record. In their last game, Forrest County Agricultural was dropped by Purvis (Purvis, MS), 3-0, in a league game.
