New Jersey High School Volleyball - St. Thomas Aquinas tips South Plainfield

The crowd at Monday's league bout between the St. Thomas Aquinas Trojans (Edison, NJ) and the host South Plainfield Tigers (South Plainfield, NJ), saw St. Thomas Aquinas's volleyball squad nip South Plainfield by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, St. Thomas Aquinas upgrades its record to 1-2 on the year. The Trojans travel to Woodbridge (Woodbridge, NJ) to play the Barrons in a Greater Middlesex - White bout on Tuesday, September 12. The Barrons go into the bout with a record of 2-0. Woodbridge won 2-0 in their recent league bout against Mother Seton (Clark, NJ)

The Tigers now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Woodbridge for a Greater Middlesex - White bout on Thursday, September 14. South Plainfield will play a Barrons squad coming off a 2-1 league win over St. Thomas Aquinas (Edison, NJ). The Barrons record now stands at 3-0.
