North Carolina High School Volleyball - Swain County over Tuscola

In Monday's non-league contest, the Swain County Maroon Devils (Bryson City, NC) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Tuscola Mountaineers (Waynesville, NC), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Maroon Devils battle the Highlands Highlanders (Highlands, NC) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, September 12. Swain County will attempt to better on its 8-3 season record. The Highlanders go into the contest with a 2-8 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Robbinsville (Robbinsville, NC).

With the loss, Tuscola moves to 4-6 on the year. The Mountaineers travel to Smoky Mountain (Sylva, NC) to battle the Mustangs in a Mountain Seven 3A contest on Tuesday, September 12. The Mustangs go into the contest with a record of 2-7. Smoky Mountain lost 3-0 in their recent league contest against Franklin (Franklin, NC)
