With the triumph, Shippensburg advances its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Greyhounds travel to Big Spring (Newville, PA) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Saturday, September 14. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 1-7. Big Spring lost 5-0 in their recent league test against East Pennsboro (Enola, PA)

The Mustangs now have a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Waynesboro for a non-league test on Monday, September 16. West Perry will clash with a Indians team coming off a 2-0 league win over Mifflin County (Lewistown, PA). The Indians record now stands at 3-4.
