Nebraska High School Volleyball - Burwell over Fullerton

The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Burwell Longhorns (Burwell, NE) and the host Fullerton Warriors (Fullerton, NE), saw Burwell's volleyball squad notch a victory over Fullerton by a score of 3-0.

With the win, Burwell improves its record to 6-2 on the season. The Longhorns host Central Valley (Greeley, NE) to encounter the Cougars in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 18. The Cougars go into the battle with a record of 8-2.

The Warriors now own a 0-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chambers/Wheeler Central for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 13. Fullerton will meet a Renegades team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Ainsworth (Ainsworth, NE). The Renegades record now stands at 0-6.
