Illinois High School Volleyball - Prairie Central can't get by Pontiac

The Pontiac Indians edged the host Prairie Central Hawks volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league game.

Coming up next, the Indians play the Gardner-South Wilmington Panthers (Gardner, IL) in a non-league outing, on Monday, September 15. Pontiac will attempt to better on its 8-3 season record. The Panthers come into the outing with a 4-4 record after their 2-1 league win over Grant Park (Grant Park, IL).

With the loss, Prairie Central drops to 5-6 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to St. Thomas More (Champaign, IL) to play the Sabers in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 13. The Sabers come into the game with a record of 3-1. St. Thomas More lost 2-0 in their recent non-league game against Cissna Park (Cissna Park, IL)
