With the win, Shepard improves its record to 5-3 on the season. The Astros travel to Lemont (Lemont, IL) to meet the Lemont HS in a South Suburban challenge on Tuesday, September 16. The Lemont HS come into the challenge with a record of 9-5. Lemont won 2-0 in their recent league challenge against Hillcrest (Country Club Hills, IL)

Next, the Bulldogs meet the Bremen Braves (Midlothian, IL) in a South Suburban challenge, on Tuesday, September 16. Richards will attempt to upgrade on its 4-9 season record. The Braves come into the challenge with a 3-6 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Morgan Park Academy (Chicago, IL).
