North Carolina High School Volleyball - Athens Drive routed by Middle Creek

The Middle Creek Mustangs volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Athens Drive Jaguars to 0 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Monday.

The Mustangs now possess a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Panther Creek for a Southwest Wake 4A game on Tuesday, September 13. Middle Creek will meet a Catamounts team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Apex Friendship (Apex, NC). The Catamounts record now stands at 3-5.

The Jaguars (4-7) will now prepare for their game against Leesville Road (Raleigh, NC). The Pride enter the Cap Six 4A game with a 3-4 record. In their last game, Leesville Road was dropped by Heritage (Wake Forest, NC), 3-2, in a non-league game.
