The Lawndale Cardinals volleyball team (Lawndale, CA), went down 3-0 in Monday's league challenge with the host West Warriors (Torrance, CA)

Next, the Cardinals encounter the North Saxons (Torrance, CA) in a Pioneer challenge, on Wednesday, September 14. Lawndale will attempt to move on its 2-6 season record. The Saxons come into the challenge with a 8-6 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Walnut (Walnut, CA).
