Connecticut High School Volleyball - Naugatuck can't hold off Pomperaug

The Naugatuck Greyhounds volleyball team (Naugatuck, CT), was edged 3-2 in Monday's non-league challenge with the visiting Pomperaug Panthers (Southbury, CT)

The Panthers (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Seymour (Seymour, CT). The Wildcats come into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Seymour nudged Wolcott (Wolcott, CT), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Greyhounds encounter the Ansonia Chargers (Ansonia, CT) in a Naugatuck Valley challenge, on Tuesday, September 13. Naugatuck will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Chargers come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to O'Brien RVT (Ansonia, CT).
