The North Cross Raiders topped the visiting Roanoke Catholic Celtics volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Tuesday's league test.

The Raiders now have a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Miller School of Albemarle for a test on Friday, September 15. North Cross will confront a Mavericks team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Grove Christian School (Richmond, VA). The Mavericks record now stands at 0-2.

The Celtics (0-4) will now prepare for their test against Staunton River (Moneta, VA). The Golden Eagles enter the non-league test with a 0-3 record.
