Georgia High School Softball - Paulding County bounces Langston Hughes

The Paulding County Patriots routed the host Langston Hughes Panthers softball squad by a final score of 17-0 in Tuesday's league battle.

The Patriots (14-4) will now prepare for their battle against Alexander (Douglasville, GA). The Cougars go into the 6A Region 5 battle with a 9-10 record. In their last battle, Alexander topped South Paulding (Douglasville, GA), 2-1, in a league battle.

The Panthers now possess a 0-10 record. They play next when they host New Manchester for a 6A Region 5 battle on Tuesday, September 19. Langston Hughes will meet a Jaguar squad coming off a 15-0 league loss to East Paulding (Dallas, GA). The Jaguar record now stands at 3-7.
