The Americas Trail Blazers (El Paso, TX) volleyball overcame the host El Dorado Aztecs (El Paso, TX), 3-0 in Tuesday's league outing.

With the win, Americas upgrades its record to 18-8 on the year. The Trail Blazers host Coronado (El Paso, TX) to face the Thunderbirds in a 6A Region I District 1 outing on Friday, September 15. The Thunderbirds go into the outing with a record of 21-8. Coronado won 3-0 in their recent league outing against El Dorado (El Paso, TX)

The Aztecs now own a 2-17 record. They play next when they travel to Socorro for a 6A Region I District 1 outing on Friday, September 15. El Dorado will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Eastwood (El Paso, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 15-8.
