The South Pontotoc Cougars topped the host Byhalia Indians volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Cougars now have a 6-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to New Albany for a non-league test on Thursday, September 14. South Pontotoc will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Regents (Oxford, MS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 13-9.
The Indians (3-10) will now prepare for their test against North Pontotoc (Ecru, MS). The Vikings enter the non-league test with a 2-16 record. In their last test, North Pontotoc was knocked off by Pontotoc (Pontotoc, MS), 2-0, in a non-league test.
