Alabama High School Volleyball - East Lawrence edged by Elkmont

The Elkmont Red Devils volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting East Lawrence Eagles to 1 in the Red Devils non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Red Devils now have a 6-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lindsay Lane Christian Academy for a non-league game on Thursday, September 14. Elkmont will meet a Lions team coming off a 3-0 league win over Whitesburg Christian Academy (Huntsville, AL). The Lions record now stands at 7-10.

The Eagles (4-11) will now prepare for their game against Priceville (Priceville, AL). The Bulldogs enter the 4A Area 15 game with a 7-12 record. In their last game, Priceville held off West Morgan (Trinity, AL), 3-1, in a league outing.
