The East Wake Warriors volleyball team (Wendell, NC), was dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Fike Demons (Wilson, NC)

The Demons (3-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Southern Wayne (Dudley, NC). The Saints enter the Quad County 3A challenge with a 5-5 record. In their last challenge, Southern Wayne defeated Smithfield-Selma (Smithfield, NC), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Warriors meet the South Johnston Trojans (Four Oaks, NC) in a Quad County 3A challenge, on Thursday, September 14. East Wake will attempt to move on its 2-9 season record. The Trojans enter the challenge with a 8-3 record after their 3-2 league loss to Hunt (Wilson, NC).
