The Holly Springs Hawks volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting North Panola Cougars to 2 in the Hawks league victory on Tuesday.

The Hawks now have a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kossuth for a Class 3 Region 1 game on Monday, September 18. Holly Springs will meet a Aggies team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Amory (Amory, MS). The Aggies record now stands at 15-10.

The Cougars (5-2) will now prepare for their game against Rosa Fort (Tunica, MS). The Lions enter the Class 3 Region 2 game with a 0-5 record. In their last game, Rosa Fort was nudged by Coahoma County (Clarksdale, MS), 3-0, in a non-league game.
