The New Brockton Gamecocks topped the visiting Pike County Bulldogs volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league test.
The Gamecocks now have a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Zion Chapel for a non-league test on Thursday, September 14. New Brockton will confront a Rebels team coming off a 3-0 league win over Highland Home (Highland Home, AL). The Rebels record now stands at 4-6.
The Bulldogs (2-2) will now prepare for their test against Straughn (Andalusia, AL). The Tigers enter the 3A Area 3 test with a 7-5 record. In their last test, Straughn gained a win over Opp (Opp, AL), 3-2, in a league test.
