Glass Hilltoppers (Lynchburg, VA) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Amherst County Lancers (Amherst, VA), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Glass improves its record to 1-3 on the season. The Hilltoppers host Brookville (Lynchburg, VA) to face the Bees in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 17. The Bees go into the test with a record of 6-0. Brookville won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Liberty (Bedford, VA)

The Lancers now own a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Parry McCluer for a non-league battle on Monday, September 16.
