Illinois High School Volleyball - Boylan Catholic over Jefferson

In Thursday's league challenge, the host Boylan Catholic Titans volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Jefferson J-Hawks.

The Titans (8-4) will now prepare for their battle against Belvidere North (Belvidere, IL). The Blue Thunder go into the Northern Illinois NIC-10 battle with a 5-3 record.

The J-Hawks now own a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Harlem for a Northern Illinois NIC-10 battle on Tuesday, September 17. Jefferson will encounter a Huskies squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Hononegah (Rockton, IL). The Huskies record now stands at 2-7.
