With the win, Buffalo Grove improves its record to 5-6 on the season. The Bison travel to York (Elmhurst, IL) to face the Dukes in a non-league test on Friday, September 13. The Dukes go into the test with a record of 8-2. York won 2-0 in their recent league test against Oak Park-River Forest (Oak Park, IL)

The Grenadiers now own a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Johnsburg for a non-league test on Saturday, September 14. Elk Grove will face a Skyhawks squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Marengo (Marengo, IL). The Skyhawks record now stands at 0-6.
