In Friday's league challenge, the host Liberty Patriots volleyball squad scored a 3-0 win over the Levelland Lobos.

With the win, Liberty improves its record to 29-2 on the season. The Patriots travel to Big Spring (Big Spring, TX) to face the Steers in a 4A Region I District 5 test on Tuesday, September 16. The Steers go into the test with a record of 9-10.

The Lobos now own a 8-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Snyder for a 4A Region I District 5 challenge on Tuesday, September 16. Levelland will meet a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Frenship Memorial (Lubbock, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 8-14.
