California High School Volleyball - La Salle overwhelmed by Mary Star of the Sea

In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Mary Star of the Sea Stars volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the La Salle Lancers.
The Stars (17-3) will now prepare for their battle against Bishop Montgomery (Torrance, CA). The Knights come into the Del Rey battle with a 10-6 record. In their last battle, Bishop Montgomery achieved victory over St. Anthony (Long Beach, CA), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Lancers clash with the Assumption Rockets (Louisville, KY) in a non-league battle, on Friday, September 16. La Salle will attempt to advance on its 2-12 season record. The Rockets come into the battle with a 15-2 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Mater Dei (Santa Ana, CA).
