Kentucky High School Volleyball - Metcalfe County tips Monroe County

September 13, 2022: Edmonton, KY 42129

The Metcalfe County Hornets (Edmonton, KY) volleyball nudged the visiting Monroe County Falcons (Tompkinsville, KY), 3-2 in Tuesday's league outing.

With the win, Metcalfe County betters its record to 7-11 on the year. The Hornets host Russell County (Russell Springs, KY) to face the Lakers in a District 16 outing on Thursday, September 15. The Lakers go into the outing with a record of 2-2.

The Falcons now sport a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Franklin-Simpson for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 27.
