In Saturday's non-league test, the host Berea Pirates volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Harlan Green Dragons.

With the win, Berea improves its record to 2-6 on the season. The Pirates host Madison Southern (Berea, KY) to face the Eagles in a District 44 test on Monday, September 15. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 12-3. Madison Southern lost 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Lexington Christian (Lexington, KY)

The Green Dragons now own a 5-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Powell County for a non-league test on Saturday, September 13. Harlan will face a Pirates squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Paris (Paris, KY). The Pirates record now stands at 4-4.
