Next up, the Meteors battle the Oak Lawn Spartans (Oak Lawn, IL) in a South Suburban match, on Tuesday, September 16. Thornton Fractional North will attempt to move on its 6-8 season record. The Spartans enter the match with a 12-2 record after their 2-0 league win over Thornton Fractional South (Lansing, IL).

The Blazing Trojan (4-8) will now prepare for their match against Thornwood (South Holland, IL). The Thunderbirds enter the Southland match with a 4-4 record. In their last match, Thornwood was tipped by Crete-Monee (Crete, IL), 2-0, in a league battle.
