California High School Volleyball - St. Joseph Academy over Coastal Academy

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting St. Joseph Academy Crusaders volleyball team scored a 2-0 win over the Coastal Academy Stingrays.

With the win, St. Joseph Academy advances its record to 7-10 on the season. The Crusaders travel to Horizon Prep (Rancho Santa Fe, CA) to play the Lions in a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 13. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 8-6. Horizon Prep won 3-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Calvin Christian (Escondido, CA)

Next, the Stingrays play the Calipatria Hornets (Calipatria, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 13. Coastal Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 2-16 season record. The Hornets come into the challenge with a 6-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Calexico Mission (Calexico, CA).
